Let’s Move is a campaign against obesity created by First Lady Michelle Obama in 2010. Her goal is to encourage healthy eating habits, better labeling and more physical activity. We stamd with the First Lady in the fight against obesity. We want to keep you moving, grooving and at your best. So here are 12 ways to keep your family healthy and happy this summer.
