Well, today, we finally returned a copier that we’ve been stuck with for the last five years. Our grandson Evan was also over and helped grandpa to make apple cider and apple wine. Of course, he got to taste the apple cider and and the wine won’t be ready for one year.
Well, it’s almost 3am, and Glen just uploaded a new design for our blog. We haven’t been doing much over the last few months. It’s been hectic, especially with the campground and the stress of Glen’s dad being in and out of the hospital.
It’s been almost a year since he had his first stroke. It’s been difficult for him to adjust from being a vibrant, young 73 year old, to a person who has had a stroke. The stroke has left him totally weak; occasionally he would also have seizures.
Glen has done his best to keep both his spirit and his dad’s spirit up. He talks almost every day on the phone with his father, even on weekends when we have events at the campground, he manages to sneak away to call him; even if it’s for a few minutes.
We have gone through so much over the last few years. Everything was all fine until we bought the campground. It seems that envy caused some people to spread lies about us, especially about Glen. We have found out what evil really truly means. A small band of people can cause so much commotions; they can spread so much lies. We’ll talk more about this a little later. It’s late now.
But we give thanks to everyone that stuck with us; you’re truly represent the very best here on earth. If it wasn’t for you, we probably would have moved on a long time ago. We plan on sharing more and keeping this blog up as best as we can. We seem to keep it up to date during the winter months… maybe it’s because the campground is closed up.
We hope you like the new look. We gave it a lot of thought and it represents who we are and the directions we are going.
We believe in God, angels, family and true friendships.
Have a blessed day.
